Return Requests – We kindly request that customers choose carefully as we do not return or refund for change of mind. If item faulty or damaged, Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to initiate a return. Photo or video evidence of any damaged items must be provided; without this, we are unable to process any exchange or refund or return.
